in this section we would like to answer the most common questions who might come to your mind. First, the whole logistics, touristical programme, vehicle selection, upgrading and installation is done by professionals with many years of experience. For your confidence, we give you a glimpse how this are working in Libya.

Before arrival:
We need a copy of your passport 2 weeks before flight day and you need to get an arabic translation into your passport. The Translation can be obtained from a trusted and licensed arabic translation in your home country. Please call the libyan embassy in your country, they can name you always a translator. Also PATVAL is very willing to assist you on this step. Your payment and your security deposit must arrive on our company account 1 week in advance of arrival day. You recieve 4 days before arrival a copy of your visa approval by email to check in smoothly on you plane.

The Arrival:
After arrival with any plane at Tripoli international Airport in Libya, you are recieved by a driver and your tourguide in Tripoli Airport. You check out with your luggage. Depending on your arrival hour, you can spend a half day in Tripoli leaving your luggage in our Tripoli office and explore the city on your own. We have directions where to find points of interest in Tripoli, where you get the best sandwiches in town and where the best coffee, tea and shisha is waiting for you. Late arrival means few hours waiting for your connection flight. Anyhow, you have someone recieving you at the airport and you can call anytime our Tripoli Office. Connection flight is always the same evening at 20:00 to Sebha and organized by Patval.

Arriving in Sebha
is around 22:00-23:00 at the Sebha National Airport. A Mini Bus brings you immediately to your Hotel for a quick rexation of the trip (service free of charge).

First Day in the Dunes:
The Programme for the first day is like this:
Our Shuttle bus picks you up at your Hotel.

and brings you to our Desert Base Station. Welcome ceremony and inspection of your "Horse Mechanique", then Introduction in the Briefing Room.

You change your dress in our locker room and lock the not required things in our safe storage rooms. You recieve full riding gear including helmet, googles, jackets, gloves and pants.
